As an entrepreneur, your brand’s visual identity is crucial to attracting clients and establishing yourself as an expert in your marketplace. In this guide, I’ll explore the ideal frequency and provide insights to help you make an informed decision about investing in brand photos.

How Often is Right for You?

While there is no one-size-fits-all answer, here’s a general breakdown:

  • Once a year: Ideal for most service-based businesses, such as coaches, wellness industry professionals, realtors, etc. A full brand session, such as my ESSENTIAL or ELEVATE Collections, can provide a wide range of images to be used throughout the entire year.
  • Twice a year: Recommended for businesses with seasonal fluctuations, like boutiques, gyms, pilates, or yoga studios, or, even, event planners. A full session each semester can cover all seasons and upcoming events. Plus, you can take advantage of discounts offered by many brand photographers, myself included, for recurrent clients. 
  • Quarterly: Perfect for e-commerce businesses, influencers, or those launching new products/services frequently. Consider a quarterly subscription with your favorite brand photographer.   • Building credibility: Investing in at least one full brand session can ensure you have cohesive and consistent images throughout all your marketing platforms, making you appear more professional and knowledgeable.
  • Attracting high-ticket clients: Strategic Brand Images can help you elevate your brand and start connecting with your potential clients on a personal level, making you more relatable and likable. Consider scheduling one or two full brand sessions per year, including lifestyle images and a variety of locations, to ensure a consistent and engaging online presence.
  • Launching new offerings: To entice customers and create excitement around new products or services, consider a Luxe Brand Mini Session. This is a great way to update your visuals and showcase your latest offerings.

If you’re building or rebuilding your website, at least one full brand session is essential to create a consistent visual experience.

Brand photoshoots are an investment in your business. While there may be an initial cost, the benefits can far outweigh the expense.   • Full Brand Session:  Choose from a half-day or 2/3 hour session annually or a quarterly subscription if you need more content, both offering a variety of strategic and cohesive images to elevate your brand and boost your confidence. It’s more than a photoshoot; it’s an empowering experience that can help you move forward with your year’s business goals.
  • Luxe Brand Mini Session: If you’re not ready to invest in a full brand photoshoot (we all know the juggling act that entrepreneurs face), a budget-friendly option for those seeking high-quality brand images to start showing up as the face of their businesses is a Mini Session. Perfect for updating your website and social media with essential visuals.
