I recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance. A strategic brand session takes thoughtful planning, and this gives us enough time to understand your business, plan your session, and secure the right location if needed.
How far in advance should I book my brand photography session?
A 30% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your session date. The remaining balance follows the payment schedule for your selected experience. If you need to reschedule, please notify me at least 7 days before your session.
Every selected image is professionally edited for color, exposure, and natural skin retouching. More extensive retouching, object removal, or advanced image manipulation is available upon request for an additional fee.
Free location options are included with Brand Elevate and Brand Essentials. If you'd prefer a premium location, such as a studio or private rental, the rental fee will be added separately based on your selection. Brand Your Space & Team sessions take place at your business location.
