Amelia, from Sac Balloon Girl, reached out to me while rebranding the Sacramento balloon decoration business. Amelia embarked on this photoshoot knowing that she needed to showcase how balloons become a way to weave joy and infuse events and parties with a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere.

She also highlighted that she wanted to be known as “the local balloon girl”.

Amelia offers personalized balloon arrangements, collaborating with clients to bring their vision to life – from baby showers to corporate events. Her tagline, “We Decorate, You Celebrate,” captures her commitment to creating a stress-free experience.

When Amelia approached me with a clear vision for rebranding the Sacramento balloon decoration business, finding the perfect location for her shoot became a key part of my process.

Her home office offered beautiful natural light, but we needed more flexibility for staging an elaborate balloon arrangement. To achieve a studio vibe, we decided to utilize Amelia’s workspace strategically. We rearranged furniture to create a dedicated shooting area and showcased her shelf stocked with colorful balloon containers, highlighting her expertise.

Also, to add a touch of interaction and reflect the client experience, I recommended Amelia bring a friend to the photoshoot. The friend playfully acted as a client in awe of Amelia’s work, capturing the joy and wonder balloons bring to celebrations.

Surrounded by vibrant balloons and playful confetti, Amelia’s brand photoshoot was a blast! The brand photos perfectly aligned with this exciting new phase of her business, where she aims to serve the Sacramento community and bring joy through her unique balloon creations.
